REFERRAL PROGRAM

If you refer someone to Tipton Orthodontics and they start treatment, you will receive $50 for each new family you refer. To receive credit, make sure you tell them to put your name down as the referring party on their health history form when they come in for their consultation.

You will have the option of either taking $50 cash or having it applied to your monthly payment. If your account is past due, the $50 will automatically be applied to your account.
